Are YOU Ready to Join Scouting?
On my honor...

The Scout Oath

On my honor,
I will do my best
To do my duty to God
and my country
and to obey the Scout Law;
To help other people at all times;
To keep myself physically strong,
mentally awake and morally straight

Do you like to camp and enjoy the great outdoors?

Scouting offers you the chance to learn skills like hiking, backpacking, camping and to learn more about nature.  You'll meet other scouts like yourself that may be in your school or church.  You'll learn how to help others in your community and you will learn skills that will help you throughout your entire life.
The fun starts now - the values last a lifetime.

Who can join?
Any boy can join the Boy Scouts if he is 11 years old, or has completed the 5th grade, or the Arrow of Light Award (from Cub Scouts) and is at least 10 years old, but is not yet 18 years old.

Do you have to be a Cub Scout first?
No. Many boys do "cross-over" from Cub Scouting, but it is not necessary to Join Boy Scouts.

What if I don't know much about camping and such?
It's okay! Most boys have limited or no knowledge of outdoor skills when they join. We will teach you... That's what Scouting is about.

Troop 75 meets most Mondays at Fairview Baptist Church at 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM.  We have an outing at least once a month.  Check our calendar to see our schedule. We hope that you will stop by for a visit.

Too young for Boy Scouts? Try Cub Scouting!

You can sign up now and join Pack 75 for the best scouting experience ever!   Cubs in pack 75 benefit from participating in a focused, safe environment, and being with like-minded families.

Your son's adventures will be endless when he joins Cub Scouts.  He'll participate in camping, Pinewood Derby Races, nature hikes, field trips, service projects, and more.  Scouting is not only a great adventure, it's also a great builder of self-esteem and social skills, and a great way to meet new friends and learn new things.  In order for your son to sign up for Cub Scouts, a parent must be present.  The membership also includes a subscription to boys' life magazine.   Boys rising to first grade or older can join cubs (ages 7-10).

Pack 75 meets Tuesdays at Fairview Baptist Church from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM.  We hope that you will join us.
